Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions, which apply to all orders and purchases.

The following terms and conditions apply to any purchases of Venetian Plaster supplies and/or other products that you (“Customer”) make from us, Venetian Decorators. By ordering products or by accepting delivery of products ordered, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Venetian Decorators. reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.


All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling or other similar charges or fees, for which Customer shall be responsible and which shall be separately charged on any invoice. Customer shall be responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes such as GST associated with an order.


Payment shall be made by credit card, unless otherwise indicated on this web site, and must be received by Venetian Decorators prior to the acceptance or shipment of Customer’s order. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks, purchase orders, or International credit cards. We cannot accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of Australia.

Venetian Decorators. validates your credit card by checking your personal billing information, and thus we require you to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement before we authorize your purchase. We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card unless authorized to run the full purchase amount. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won’t actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.


Customer’s sole remedy for any breach of these terms and conditions by Venetian Decorators. shall be a refund of the purchase price paid.  total, aggregate liability shall not in any event exceed the total amount paid by customer for any products purchased hereunder. In no event shall Venetian Decorators . be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including any lost profits or loss of business, or for any claim by any third party, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.


Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. Products purchased from Venetian Decorators. are only for personal use and are not for resale unless, the proper documentation is provided by Customer in the form of a certificate of resale. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. Venetian Decorators. reserves the right to terminate any distributor account found to be violating this agreement. These terms and conditions and any orders or purchases from this web site, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia.

CANCELLATIONS: No returns or cancellations on Custom colour orders. Since all colour samples are affected by age, light, heat, and coating processes. Samples may vary slightly in colour or finish from the actual material in the container.

NOTE ABOUT OUR COLORS: The colors displayed on your computer monitor may not be true indications of the actual color of the material. We highly recommend ordering a sample board or quart size of the material prior to making a sizable order.
